The Milena fashion house is one of the few in Italy that specializes solely on creating shirts.
It was established in 1953 by two brothers, Marino and Milena Del Siena, in Sansepolcro, a small town somewhere near Florence. Over the year, it grew to become one of the most important shirt manufacturers in the whole of Italy.
Nowadays, Milena is run by the second generation of Del Siena brothers.
